Lead Times
Our lead times will typically depend on the size of the order and our current production capacity. If you have a fixed in-hands deadline, please let us know upfront and we will let you know if we can work within it. In some cases of particularly quick turnarounds, we may request you pay a rush fee.
Setup Fees
What setup fees? We're proud not to have any fees for setup, design time, or proofs. You pay a fixed price per unit, and that's it.
Packaging & Shipping
Our default packaging format is in bulk. You can find pre-defined upgraded packaging options on our product detail pages, or speak with our sales team about custom requirements.
We can ship products to one location or accommodate drop shipping of individual products for an extra fee.
How to Place an Order

Browse our products on this website and select the option you prefer. Submit a proof request and upload your artwork. We'll get back to you with a digital proof and a formal invoice.

Approve proof and make payment
You can request modifications on the proof if you like, and once you are happy with it, you may pay your invoice by credit card or bank transfer.

We'll ship your products to a single address or dropship directly to recipients. Either way, plan to be delighted by the response of the recipients!

What is your minimum order quantity
We offer production runs starting at 10 units. If you would like to order fewer units (as little as one), head over to our retail store at siligrams.com
Can you accommodate custom colors?
Yes, we can accommodate custom colors, however the unit price is higher than our standard colors.

ASI and PPAI distributers get an additional 5% discount off our published pricing.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in our facility in Concord, Massachusetts.
Is your silicone food safe?
Yes, our silicone is certified food safe and free of BPA, BPS, and lead.
